On Cinco de Mayo, Kitchen 56 will be serving five fish or short rib street tacos for $5 all day long. From 11 a.m. – 2 a.m., Tempe’s Cadillac Ranch will be hosting its 4th Annual “Cinco de Rancho” in honor of Cinco de Mayo. All day, and long into the night, guests can enjoy such Mexicana favoritas, including $2 Dos XX, $3 Cuervo Gold Margaritas, $4 Milagro Silver Shooters and food specials ranging from $2 – $5.
