There’s a new food truck in town, people. Crab & Mermaid Fish Shop is taking its seafood menu on the road, unveiling the brand-new Crab & Mermaid Food Truck today at Russo & Steele (and through Jan. 22). You’ll be able to see the new truck next up at Street Eats Food Truck Festival at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, Feb. 11 and 12, with spring training ball park dates soon to be confirmed.
The menu will focus on classics like the New England lobster rolls (pictured), fresh poke bowls, which were recently added to the menu, and warming Clam Chowda’.
