“At Ling & Louie’s, we’re constantly seeking to surprise and delight our guests with bold new flavors,” Owner John Banquil said. “Our latest menu introduces innovative dishes that perfectly complement our beloved classics. We’re especially excited about Louie’s Bao Buns, which we’re confident will quickly become a guest favorite.”
The Bao Buns are available with three tasty options: char siu pork with cucumber salad and cilantro, spicy Korean chicken with crispy chicken, Asian slaw, pickles, and spicy aioli, or loaded steak with sliced NY strip, red onion, bleu cheese, candied bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
Additional highlights include the seared ahi salad with fresh greens, red bell pepper, jicama, cucumber, cilantro, and a miso-ginger dressing and Louie’s Cobb with chicken, candied bacon, cucumber, tomato, corn, cheddar-jack cheese, a six-minute egg, and wasabi-ranch dressing.
Louie’s main courses also got revamped. Dishes include almond-crusted pork paired with roasted Brussels sprouts, wasabi mashed potatoes, and spicy plum sauce. The miso sea bass is served sizzling with spicy stir-fried vegetables and a miso-sake glaze.
For sides, enjoy loaded mashed potatoes with candied bacon, cheddar-jack cheese, and wasabi sour cream; wok-charred street corn with gochujang aioli, cotija cheese and popcorn; Korean cauliflower with a sesame-soy glaze and gochujang aioli; and wokin’ hot Brussels sprouts with bacon, spicy chili-soy sauce and peanuts.
No meal is complete without a refreshing cocktail or mocktail to sip on – Ling & Louie’s new drinks feature inventive cocktails, such as the Seoul Paloma with Espolon Reposado Tequila or El Silencio Mezcal. Korean chili syrup and fresh citrus, or the Shanghai Sunset, blending Buffalo Trace bourbon, Redemption rye whiskey, almond syrup, fresh citrus, pineapple, and Angostura Bitters.
