Raspberry Chocolate Mask
2 raspberries (mashed)
1/2 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon organic plain Greek yogurt
Mix ingredients together. Apply to face neck and chest. Let sit for 15 minutes. Remove with warm wash cloth.
>This will firm, refine and calm any skin type.
Brightening Mask
1/2 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
2 tablespoon chickpea flour
I-2 teaspoons organic plain yogurt (or more to preference)
One squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Mix ingredients together. Apply to face neck and chest. Let sit for 15 minutes. Remove with warm wash cloth.
>This will firm, refine and calm any skin type
Honey-Cinnamon Pore-Purifying Mask
1 tablespoon raw organic honey
1/4 teaspoon organic flax seed oil
1/4 teaspoon Ayurvedic/organic cinnamon powder
Apply to clean skin (preferably with steam so use in shower or bath) and massage into skin for three to five minutes. Skin can be very pink for up to 20 minutes and avoid eye area with application.
>Not advised for sensitive skin, but most oily skin types will benefit from this.
Honey-Green Tea Healing Mask
1 tablespoon raw organic honey
1/4 teaspoon calendula oil/ or other such as organic flax seed oil
1/4 teaspoon organic matcha green tea powder
Apply to clean skin (also best applied with steam or at least a warm towel or wash cloth) massage on for three to five minutes.
>Great for any skin type for calming and rehydration.
