Fall in Love with Francine’s New Seasonal Dishes

A sophisticated French Mediterranean restaurant in Scottsdale – Francine – has launched a series of new fall dishes and a seasonal prix-fixe menu curated by Michelin-trained Executive Chef Remy Lefebvre. Known for his extensive 21-year culinary experience in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, Chef Remy has created a vibrant collection of seasonal offerings that reflect the flavors of the French Riviera.

“We are so excited to offer a vast assortment of new dishes on our fall menu,” Remy said.  “This is our ‘Cuisine of the Sun’ and these are the flavor profiles we are bringing to our Scottsdale diners directly from the French Riviera.”

The new fall lineup features a variety of dishes designed to highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients. One of the standout additions is a flatbread pizza topped with smoked mozzarella, chanterelles, and za’atar oil, which captures both rich and earthy flavors.

For seafood lovers, Bluefin tuna tartare is served with figs, grapes, white soy, lemon, and chives. The Salmon Riviera comes with grapefruit, avocado, and a fresh arugula salad. Another highlight is the Mediterranean octopus paired with arrabbiata, tapenade, and zucchini. For those craving something heartier, the Duck Pithiviers is encased in puff pastry with foie gras and duck breast, offering a more indulgent experience.

Francine’s new prix-fixe menu is $65 per person and provides an opportunity to sample some of these exquisite new dishes. For the first course, guests can choose between whipped goat cheese with tomato and cucumber, endives with pistachio and oranges, tuna crudo with grapes and figs, or a warmed sunchoke soup with chestnut and hazelnut praline.

For the main course, diners can select from options such as refreshing Salmon Riviera, mushroom rigatoni with truffle and parmesan, chicken tagine with carrots and chermoula, or the classic steak frites – a New York strip steak served with herb butter and pepper sauce, available for a $6 supplement.

Dessert is a decadent finale with options like crème brulee featuring lavender and vanilla or the pear Belle Helene, which combines confit vanilla pear with ice cream, chocolate and almonds.

In addition to the prix-fare offerings, the fall menu includes a variety of a la carte dishes, including the earthy Steak Tartare with egg dressing and sunchoke chips and the hamachi crudo with fennel and citrus. New lunch items such as the Beet & Feta Salad with pickled cranberry and sumac vinaigrette and a double patty Burger with gruyere cheese are also available.

For brunch, Francine introduced crepes flambéed with orange marmalade and Cointreau, Le Bagel with smoked salmon, Egg and Soldiers served with brioche and cultured butter, and lunch options like a beet and feta salad and the Steak Hache, an 8-oz. patty, pepper sauce, gruyere, chanterelles, sorrel, and watercress for $38.

Located in Scottsdale Fashion Square’s luxury wing, Francine embodies the rustic yet elegant charm of Southern France. For more, visit francinerestaurant.com.
