Glendale residents will now have the tools to live a healthier lifestyle with the debut of the first Arizona Clean Eatz opening Dec. 17 at 5870 W. Thunderbird Rd., Ste. A4.
The healthy lifestyle restaurant specializes in preparing properly-portioned meals and will give the community the option to order meal plans, catering, grab-and-go meals as well as dine-in at the wellness-inspired café.
Clean Eatz Glendale is owned and operated by local entrepreneurs and health and wellness fanatics Alejandra and Dennis Cruce. A former Phoenix elementary school teacher, Alejandra has always prided herself on eating healthy while making delicious meals.
Dennis has been working out since he was 16 and has competed in multiple powerlifting competitions. After seeing how their values and goals aligned with Clean Eatz and seeing the lack of healthy eating options in the area, they decided to bring the first location west of Illinois to Glendale.
I love being able to eat food that is delicious, but also healthy, and that’s what Clean Eatz will offer the Glendale community.

With new meals that perfectly balance protein, carbs and fats, those in the Glendale community will be able to order meals every Thursday through Sunday on the Clean Eatz website to have healthy meals prepared and ready for pick up.
Guests of all dietary restrictions, including those maintaining gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets, can enjoy a number of delicious and healthy menu items in the café, such as build-your-own bowls, salads, burgers, wraps, flatbreads and sandwiches.
Clean Eatz of Glendale is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
