All fans are welcome, of course, but Foley Ranch plans on becoming the headquarters for Chicago Bears fans especially – and one thing to know about Bears fans is that – win or lose – football Sundays are days to be celebrated.

Each weekend, Foley Ranch will have football games on TV – with sound – so you can get the full experience for all your favorite teams. The bar will also offer a new brunch menu with items like:

Foley Ranch’s Campfire Skillet.

Campfire Skillet: Choose from pulled pork or smoked chicken, home-style potatoes, cowboy beans, caramelized onions, bell peppers, queso, two eggs, and pico de gallo.

Brisket Bowl: Smoked beef brisket, cowboy beans, home-style potatoes, queso, pico de gallo, two eggs and flour tortillas.

Cornbread Chicken & Waffles: A Southern cornbread waffle with Nashville hot chicken, whipped honey butter and syrup.

Green Chile Pork Burrito: Pulled pork, home-style potatoes, scrambled egg, cheddar and jalapeno in a flour tortilla with green chile sauce and pico de gallo.

“I’m originally from Chicago, so I’m excited to provide a space for my fellow fans and bring a little bit of the Windy City to Phoenix,” Co-Owner Clay Moizo said. “We’re planning on making my family’s homemade Italian beef recipe, and I’m excited that Foley Ranch will be the place to watch the Bears!”

Located between BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse and ComicX, the 8,000-square-foot space was fully renovated before opening. This included revamping the indoor-outdoor spaces, a full bar with a bottled beer cap design on the bar top, a stage for live music, VIP booths, and a smokehouse (inside the restaurant!), all made so customers feel like they’re inside a barn.

Aside from football, the ranch also offers a late-night menu and DJ dance parties from 10 p.m. until closing, free dance lessons on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and live music each night.

Celebrity Chef Brian Duffy joined the Foley team to curate an appetizing, one-of-a-kind menu of mouthwatering BBQ favorites for the whole family to enjoy, like cornbread hushpuppies, fried mac and cheese, house-made honey bourbon pulled pork, and smoked St. Louis-style ribs.

Foley Ranch is open Tuesday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. It is closed on Mondays. The restaurant is family-friendly during the day and switches to a 21+ experience beginning at 10 p.m. For more, visit foleyranch.com.
