Breakfast restaurant Over Easy recently announced the opening of its 17th location, bringing its signature blend of modern diner fare and vibrant atmosphere to Goodyear for the first time. Set to open its doors on February 22, the new eatery will be located on Globe Drive in the GSQ District.
“It’s an exciting moment for us as we open our very first Goodyear location, starting off 2025 on a high note,” COO Brian Terpay said. “We’re eager to introduce our brand to this vibrant city, and we can’t wait to be part of the community, offering great service to both new and returning customers.”
The Goodyear location was designed by Scottsdale-based architecture firm, Aline Architecture Concepts in collaboration with Social Design Studio. Featuring diner vibe décor and a custom neon wall, the restaurant boasts a main dining room, bar and patio to accommodate guests seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Renowned for their energized takes on classic breakfast staples, Over Easy will serve menu favorites including Banana Nut French Toast, Golden Waffle Dogs, Chilaquiles, the Monte Cristo and a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches, among other popular dishes.
Over Easy’s aesthetic décor and great customer service has led to features on the Food Network, including “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives;” in Bon Appétit Magazine as well as recognition as one of America’s best breakfast and brunch restaurants by Travel + Leisure.
The restaurant will continue to expand throughout 2025 with two more locations – one in North Phoenix and another in Buckeye – bringing the total number to 19 by the end of the year. Learn more at eatatovereasy.com.
