Family-owned restaurant Haymaker has announced that its brand-new location will open on March 4. Founded by Westside Concepts in 2013, this expansion will mark the concept’s fourth location and bring award-winning breakfast, burgers, and an extensive whiskey selection to Buckeye.
The Buckeye restaurant will offer an all-day menu of classic favorites like country fried steak and eggs, 100 percent Angus chuck beef burgers, and signature specialties like the Haymaker Benedict and Pulled Pork Skillet.
“Haymaker is extremely special to Westside Concepts and my family,” Owner Joey Lucidi said. “It was our first concept, propelling the entire company and its growth.”
Designed by Social Design Studio, the new location combines rustic elements with a modern aesthetic, farmhouse influences and an open layout to bring comfort and luxury to guests. The 4,800-square-foot restaurant will feature a main dining room, large bar and patio for indoor and outdoor seating.
