Attention at-home chef: Next Wednesday, March 13, Le Creuset, the world’s leading manufacturer of enameled cast iron cookware, opens at Scottsdale Quarter. The new Scottsdale store is the ninth Le Creuset Signature Store in the United States. The high-end retail space will host in-store demos by Valley chefs each weekend, using colorful Le Creuset cookware, bakeware, wine accessories, utensils, pots and other dining tools. The Scottsdale store will also host cooking classes and special events.
This month’s demo schedule at Le Creuset:
Wednesday, March 13, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.: At Le Creuset store on opening day customers will receive a free Farm Fresh Magnet Set (retail value $12) featuring mini replicas of Le Creuset’s iconic French oven, while supplies last, with any purchase.
Friday, March 15, 2 p.m.: Watch Julia Ireland of Torched Goodness demonstrate how to make sea salt caramel crème brûlée.
Saturday, March 16, 2:30 p.m.: Get inspired by Pauline Thomas Martinez of Perk Eatery who will be cooking spring vegetable and braised lamb shanks.
Saturday, March 23 at 1 p.m.: Come in to learn how to color Easter eggs with all-natural ingredients found in any supermarket with Le Creuset store manager, Nancy Gripman.
Sunday, March 24 at 2 p.m.: Join Shelly Vie and Hayley Ellis of Nourished as they make French onion soup and pan-seared nourished chicken.
