Through August 26, Little Cleo’s in Phoenix is tempting taste buds–and wallets with its great price–with its new Summer Bites Menu. Chef Eric Ramirez invites guests to create a four-course menu, where guests will pick and choose from a selection of chilled seafood, small plates and greens, large plates, and desserts.
A sample selection of the Summer Bites Menu:
Chilled Seafood
Chef’s selection of oysters and poached shrimp
Small Plates & Greens
Grilled octopus, crispy masa, watercress, charred serran
“Bacon & eggs,” house-made sturgeon bacon, crème fraiche and toast
Large Plates
“Bouillabaisse,” scallops, mussels, shrimp, tomato, fennel, saffron
Grilled ahi tuna, mushroom ginger dumpling, spicy caramelized soy
Desserts
Beignets, café du monde style, whiskey caramel
Seasonal sorbet and ice cream
The Summer Bites Menu is $35 per person plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairings are available for an additional $15 per person.
