The menu features dishes that highlight the rich flavors of Sonora, with a focus on premium ingredients like Sonoran-style angus beef and Jalisco birria. The restaurant’s signature short rib birria is a crowd favorite, featuring slow-braised short ribs cooked to perfection with aromatic spices. Served with a savory birria consommé, warm corn tortillas, melted cheese, and fresh cilantro, this dish offers a harmonious mix of bold flavors and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Miel de Agave offers tacos, tortas, burgers, and chef’s specials. One standout is the Surf ‘n Turf, which pairs seasoned shrimp with a 12 oz. angus beef rib-eye steak, grilled vegetables and house-made chipotle butter sauce.

Known for its visually stunning and expertly crafted cocktails, the restaurant brings an extra level of excitement to its dining experience. The “Me Quiere O No Me Quiere” cocktail, inspired by “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not,” is a feast for the senses. Adorned with rose petals and dramatic smoke clouds, the cocktail offers a selection of tequila options like Maestro Dobel Diamante, Mezcal Rufina Espadin, or Grulani Tobasiche, mixed with fresh lime juice, triple sec, coconut puree, and a splash of grenadine.

Another popular choice is the Conejo Malo (Bad Bunny), a smooth combination of Mezcal Rufina Espadin or Grulani Tobasiche, coconut puree, grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and agave, served with a worm salt rim. Each cocktail is crafted to complement the vibrant atmosphere, which is further enhanced by live performances every weekend featuring solo saxophone, guitar, and other musicians.

With easy access to the downtown area, Miel de Agave is poised to become a central hub for social gatherings, offering a lively and sophisticated venue for foodies and nightlife enthusiasts. For more information, visit mieldeagavechandler.com.
