SOL Cocina
SOL’s specialty is margaritas, so National Margarita Day is truly their holiday!
The heart of SOL’s bar program is a carefully curated collection of over 100 of Mexico’s finest small-batch tequilas and mezcals, including signature single-barrels that are unique to each location.
SOL uses only fresh-squeezed juices, and 100% blue agave tequilas and signature margaritas are hand-muddled and traditionally shaken table-side to order (however, this is not taking place during Covid).
SOL’s cocktail menu includes 11 margaritas (see here for the full list) and features creative options like the Pineapple Serrano Margarita made with fresh serrano chile and pineapple, blanco tequila, lightly sweetened lime, the Watermelon Margarita with crushed watermelon shaken with blanco tequila, fresh lime, and agave nectar; and Blackberry Ginger Margarita with fresh blackberries, ginger, blanco tequila, fresh lime, and agave nectar; along with classics such as the Cadillac Margarita and an Organic Slim Margarita.
SOL also offers a Casa Noble SOL Single Barrel Margarita, which is made with SOL’s private label single barrel Casa Noble Reposado, served house or skinny style.
Join SOL for happy hour from 3-6 p.m. on National Margarita Day for $7 house margaritas, $8 skinny margaritas, and $9 Watermelon Margaritas, along with a variety of bites including Grilled Sweet Corn, Naked Guacamole, Street Tacos, Hot & Raw Ceviche, and more.
