With the start of summer just a few days away, Roy’s Restaurant at Chandler and Desert Ridge is celebrating the season by spicing up its popular Aloha Hour menu. Roy’s is introducing innovative new menu items and cocktails to its happy hour–all priced at a wallet-friendly $5. “The new Aloha Hour menu offers a fusion of exotic flavors and seasonal ingredients,” says Kiel Lombardo, Roy’s corporate executive chef. “We’re always looking for ways to offer our guests fresh and exciting culinary experiences and these new items are the perfect summer twist on a classic favorite.”
So what new goodies can diners count on during the Aloha Hour? First of all, there are three new appetizers including Smoked Mahi Mahi Tacos, Beef Short Rib Tacos and the Big Island Ebi Roll. And no worries: Guests’ favorites, including Crunchy Golden Lobster Potstickers and the Tempura Crusted Spicy Ahi Roll will continue to be offered alongside an array of hand-selected wines, beers, and specialty cocktails.
To whet your whistle during Aloha Hour, guests have their choice of any Signature Hawaiian cocktail including Roy’s Island Mai Tai, the 1988, and “The Original” Hawaiian Martini, made with SKYY Vodka, Stoli Vanil Vodka and Malibu Coconut Rum infused with fresh Maui pineapples. Aloha Hour items are available between 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. for $5 each. www.roysrestaurant.com.
