The Belmont Kitchen and Cocktails is slated to open in early 2025 at 8876 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, offering a refined, relaxed dining experience. Guests can expect craft cocktails, seasonal dishes made with premium local ingredients and a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner daily, with brunch offered on weekends. Its focus will be on high-end cuisine in a comfortable, welcoming setting.
Phillip Lewkowicz, a seasoned restaurateur with over 12 years in the food and beverage industry, and his longtime friend and business partner Neal Thompson, a respected Arizona business leader, are the dynamic duo behind this venture. Together, they have formed Rosewood Concepts, a hospitality group dedicated to elevating the North Scottsdale dining scene with their signature style.
“We want to create a place where people can enjoy amazing food and drinks without any pretense,” Thompson said. “It’s about offering an upscale experience in an atmosphere so inviting, you’ll keep coming back.”
The restaurant will be located next to the original Mastro’s, in a complex that has undergone extensive renovations, providing an ideal setting for a new dining destination.
Although the Belmont’s menu has yet to be revealed, guests can look forward to a creative selection of dishes and expertly crafted cocktails that are sure to delight the entire community.
“Every element of The Belmont, from the thoughtfully crafted cocktail program to our seasonally inspired menu, is designed to strike that perfect balance between excellence and comfort,” Thompson said. “We believe memorable dining isn’t just about what’s on the plate. It’s about creating moments that become memories.”
The anticipated eatery plans to tease sneak peeks and updates on its Instagram before opening in the new year. Residents both near and far have followed along – with high expectations for the new spot.
“As a North Scottsdale resident, I’ve always felt there was a gap in quality dining options in our area,” Lewkowicz said. “After spending years in fine dining and sourcing exceptional ingredients from around the world, I’m thrilled to bring that same level of culinary excellence to my neighborhood.”
The Belmont is Rosewood Concepts’ first restaurant, and Lewkowicz said that partnering with his longtime friend Neal to launch the business is a dream come true.
