Espiritu chef and owner Roberto Centeno and the team behind Cocina Chiwas, Tacos Chiwas and Bacanora are bringing a new dining experience to the Valley, Santo Arcadia and Pecado, that will feature two concepts in one.
Meaning saint and sinner in Spanish, Santo Arcadia and Pecado is set to open as a restaurant and speakeasy in January 2024, each boasting a distinct ambiance and culinary offerings. Santo Arcadia will be a Mexican neighborhood eatery that will serve as a hotspot for guests to come and enjoy casual eating or more indulgent special occasions, while Pecado will offer small bites and a creative cocktail menu similar to Espiritu’s featuring spirits like sotol and bacanora, as well as small-batch, family-owned spirits.
Santo Arcadia will embody a virtuous feel with lots of windows and plants. The bright, open space will seat about 200 people and will allow for private seating and events. The menu will offer fire-cooked Mexican cuisine and seafood made with local ingredients and will include lunch, brunch and coffee options. On the contrary, the sister bar, Pecado, will bring a great atmosphere for dates and cocktails with a dark, romantic setting complemented by candlelight.
Santo Arcadia and Pecado will be located at 4418 E. Osborn Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
