Scottsdale-based Roka Akor’s new happy hour offerings include some more exotic tastes, including the Soft Shell Crab “Burger” with Mizuna and Avocado ($5), Robata-Grilled Japanese Shishito Peppers with Ponzu and Bonito Flakes ($5) and Butterfish Tataki with White Asparagus and Yuzu ($9). Five is the magic number when it comes to sipping at Roka this sumemr. Select Roka signature cocktails will be available for $5, and premium martinis are half-price.
