Scramble, one of Phoenix’s top spots for a stellar breakfast, now has options for those who don’t think bacon and eggs are part of the most important meal of the day. Scramble just launched a vegan menu that doesn’t include any animal-derived ingredients. To make animal lovers even happier, the kitchen prepares items from the new vegan menu in special pans and utensils used exclusively for the vegan items.
Scramble’s new vegan includes the Vegan Mushroom and Spinach Scramble (tofu scramble with sauteed mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach and served with sweet potato hash and toast), Vegan Veggie Scramble (tofu scramble with squash, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion and bell peppers and served with sweet potato hash and toast), the spicy Vegan Soyrizo Burrito (tofu scramble with Soyrizo, red and green peppers and avocado wrapped in a flour tortilla and served with sweet potato hash) and Vegan French Toast (French baguette hand cut and dipped in a vanilla vegan custard with a side of Morningstar Farms veggie sausage patties). All items from the vegan menu are served all day. 602.374.2294, www.azscramble.com.
