Salt + Lime Modern Mexican Grill, a Scottsdale favorite celebrated for its innovative twist on authentic Mexican cuisine, has officially opened its second location in Cave Creek. After over a decade of serving up vibrant flavors, the restaurant has expanded to offer a lively new dining destination for locals and visitors.
The new location, at the corner of Tatum and Dynamite boulevards, spans 3,809 square feet and features a modern design infused with the colorful and energetic spirit of Mexican culture. Guests are invited to enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with pops of color, creating an experience that feels as bold and lively as the dishes themselves.
A standout feature is the expansive outdoor patio, which is perfect for those who want to bask in the Arizona sunshine or enjoy a picturesque sunset while sipping on signature cocktails and Mexican fare.
Salt + Lime is known for its commitment to serving high-quality, authentic dishes, and the Cave Creek location is no exception. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with unlimited chips and salsa (with proceeds benefiting the restaurant’s Chips for Charity initiative). This program directs a portion of the sales from chips and salsa each month to a different nonprofit, adding a feel-good factor to every meal.
From there, guests can enjoy a variety of traditional and signature dishes, like carnitas tacos, tender barbacoa enchiladas, flavorful tamales, and sizzling fajitas. For those craving something a bit more creative, Salt + Lime offers diablo eggs, taco vampiro, and the vegetariano burrito, providing a unique dining experience with every bite.
