Who doesn’t loooove the margaritas at Z’Tejas? And we can’t help but think that sipping down this happy hour staple would be even more gratifying if it cost a whopping $2. You see, the Scottsdale Fashion Square location of Z’Tejas has kicked off a new social media campaign (via Twitter and Facebook) that is allowing guests to get featured drinks (many of which are brand new to the Z’Tejas drink book) at the restaurant for $2–or the amount of quarters you might find on the floor of your car.
Here’s how it works: First, you must follow Z’Tejas on Twitter or Facebook (duh!) where the promotional password will be the featured drink of the day. In order to take advantage of the promotion, patrons who come to Z’Tejas in Scottsdale Fashion Square and use the daily word will receive the $2 drink. (The discount price is only valid on the first drink, and, though there are several Z’Tejas outposts in the Valley, the promo is only valid at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location.)
Though we all love a Z’Tejas margarita, the new promotion is a perfect time to test one of the restaurant’s 16 new drinks. (Eighteen new wines were also just added to the menu on July 25.) New drinks from this year’s annual drink book include Pepper Melon Margaritas, Skinny Anti-Oxidant FOMZ Martini and Cucumber Basil Collins.
What’s more, in November, Z’Tejas will celebrate 20 years of being in Scottsdale so you can bet that even more flavor-filled promotions are on their way to celebrate the bit milestone. http://www.ztejas.com/.
