West Addison To ring in the holiday, Scottsdale’s West Addison is holding a St. Patrick’s Day Block Party on March 17. From 11 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., West Addison will be a hot spot of live music, delish Irish fare and plenty of entertainment. From 3 to 7 p.m., kids are welcome to the restaurant to enjoy clowns, face painters, balloon artists, cotton candy, snow cones, games and live music. To whip up the Irish Apple Bottom at home, here’s how:
Irish Apple Bottom
3/4 oz Apple Pucker
1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 oz Fresh Sweet and Sour
Splash Soda
Garnished with sprig of mint and lime wedge
Mix all ingredients together and shake over ice. Pour mixture into a tall rocks glass and serve. Garnish: With a sprig of mint and lime wedge.
