From 11 a.m. to 1:30 a.m., West Addison will be a hot spot of live music, delish Irish fare and plenty of entertainment. To whip up the Irish Apple Bottom at home, here’s how:
Irish Apple Bottom
3/4 oz Apple Pucker
1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 oz Fresh Sweet and Sour
Splash Soda
Garnished with sprig of mint and lime wedge
Mix all ingredients together and shake over ice. Pour mixture into a tall rocks glass and serve. Garnish: With a sprig of mint and lime wedge.
