
Bravo’s Top Chef is cooking up a storm this week in the city that perfected her cooking skills. Stephanie Izard, former Scottsdale Culinary Institute student and winner of season 4’s Top Chef, will be preparing not one, but two, tasty dinners at Digestif. This Tuesday and Wednesday, at 7 p.m., visit the SouthBridge eatery for eight delicious courses. Here’s a sneak peek at the menu:
Charcuterie trio
Sformato of nettles, pecorino fonduta
Diver scallops, braised lamb tongue, celery root and pistachio
Cannelloni bolognese of hearth-roasted Nicky Farms rabbit
Duck breast, pork belly, duck leg ragu
Endive, hazelnut vinaigrette, Roaring 40’s blue
Domestic cheese trio
Shoyu creme caramel, roasted pear, chocolate zeppoli, cranberry coulis
