Sugar Factory has made its way to the Valley at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale. Sugar factory American Brasserie is a celebrity-endorsed restaurant that specializes in all sorts of dishes and drinks. From iced coffee topped with waffles to decadent carne asada tacos, Sugar Factory offers it all.

This location has nearly 9,400 square feet of indoor space and 1,275 square feet of outdoor space. Inside the restaurant, there are 128 seats for the main dining area, a pink private room for up to 18 guests and a bar area with seating for 26 people. The outdoor patio has a cafe with seating for 40 people and a walk-up ice cream bar on one side.
The new Glendale location is sure to live up to the restaurant’s reputation as the “the most Instagrammed restaurant in the United States,” according to Food & Wine Magazine.
The new Sugar Factory Glendale captures the brand’s well-known design; from the signature candy dot wall, to the candy heart lounge or the candy retail store where guests can choose from over 50 types of candy from their floor-to-ceiling wall. On top of all of the candy decor, there are even large flower walls covered in neon signs and video walls.

Sugar Factory is full of dining and drink options to satisfy your every craving. Start your day with an iced coffee topped with a waffle or just one of their sweet breakfast or brunch options. One of Sugar Factory’s mouth-watering breakfast dishes is the salted caramel pretzel pancakes topped with salted caramel sauce, caramel popcorn, jumbo pretzel, nutella drizzle, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
Sugar Factory not only excels in making delicious sweets, they also offer a delicious lunch and dinner menu with even more decadent dishes, such as carne asada tacos, crispy rice spicy tuna roll, lobster fajitas and the carnitas burrito.
Finish off your meal with one of their delicious desserts. One favorite is the Giggles Snickers Milkshake; this milkshake is made with vanilla ice cream blended with caramel, peanuts, topped with fried Oreos, gummy worms, peanuts, chocolate, dulce de leche sauce, whipped cream and a snickers. All of Sugar Factory’s milkshakes are served in an indulgent chocolate-covered mug.
If you are just looking for some fun beverages you can try their elaborate cocktail and mocktail options. At the bar they offer celebrity-endorsed beverages in smoking candy goblets.
