Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery will unveil its new Arizona artisan brews to the public at its brewery launch party beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22. On-site donations and a portion of beer sales after 7 p.m. will benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Guests 21 years and older will be among the first to sip on Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery’s newest craft beers, brewed on-site in a newly installed 10-barrel brewing system. Beer lovers can indulge in Two Brothers craft beers – including a variety of yearlong artisan and seasonal favorites – for $2 from 5-7 p.m. and enjoy complimentary light bites. A special pairing menu will also be available for purchase throughout the party. The first 50 guests will receive a free Two Brothers Brewing Company pint glass and Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery gift card. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to win a one-night staycation at the Hotel Valley Ho and be treated to dinner and drinks at Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery during their stay.
Through the end of October, celebrate “TacOber Fest” at Sandbar Mexican Grill with fantastic food specials including $10 beer brat tacos and $8 beer cheese and pretzel made with Odell’s 90 Schilling Ale. You can wash it all down with $4 Hoegaarden wheat beers. Plus, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Sandbar will be serving up pink margaritas with $1 from each pink margarita donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Luci’s Healthy Marketplace in Phoenix is feeling the fall flavor with its pumpkin pancakes that are available all October. This seasonal dish will be available all month long.
Join The Market Restaurant + Bar by Jennifer’s every Tuesday from 3 to 6 p.m. to enjoy your first well drink, house wine or 12 oz. draft beer for just two cents during Two Cent Tuesday. Happy hour pricing kicks in after the first beverage—$5 house wines, half-price beer and $6 specialty cocktails. Enjoy happy hour bites that range in price from $2.50 to $8. During Nosh Wednesdays, enjoy a house bottle of wine (white or red), with a loaded meat and cheese nosh board, for $20 each Wednesday from 6 p.m. to close.
On Oct. 22, Tomaso Maggiore will host his monthly wine dinner series at Vivo! Ristorante. This month’s theme, “Sicilia My Love,” features the finest food and wine sourced from Sicily, Italy—the hometown of Maggiore. The wine dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. with a four-course meal to follow. The “Sicilia My Love” wine dinner is $70 per person, before tax and gratuity.
On Saturday, Oct. 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Culinary Dropout will host a Memorial Cook-Off to raise funds that will benefit the Tempe Public Safety Memorial, which will honor the Tempe firefighters, police officers and canines who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Those attending the cook-off will be enjoy appetizers, beer and entertainment complimentary of Culinary Dropout, Four Peaks and Shamrock Foods. Tempe Public Safety will also be raffling off a Kegerator at this event with a half barrel of Four Peaks Beer for $5 a ticket or 5 tickets for $20 dollars and guests will also be able to participate in a silent auction. All benefits will go to Tempe Public Safety.
Savor a seasonal, four-course menu paired with the delicious wines of California’s Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards, Oct. 19 at ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho. Explore the amazing wines of Chalk Hill at this Monday Night Chef’s Table and enjoy conversation from renowned Chef Charles Wiley and the special guest. Papa Murphy’s is kicking off Halloween with the return of its one-of-a-kind Jack-O-Lantern Pizza (pictured) and frightfully delicious Spooky Dough. The company has expanded its Halloween menu lineup with this limited-time offer to ensure families never trick-or treat on an empty stomach. The Jack-O-Lantern pizza will be available at Papa Murphy’s locations nationwide and the Spooky Dough will be available at participating stores from Oct. 20 through Oct. 31.
