Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort’s Executive Chef Ken Arneson invites locals to lunch and learn events held the garden (pictured) adjacent to Rico’s American Grill in Phoenix. Taggia Coastal Italian Cuisine and Cocktails, of Kimpton’s FireSky Resort & Spa in Downtown Scottsdale, has announced a brand new chef: Massimo De Francesca. A first-generation Canadian of Italian heritage has worked at three other Kimpton restaurants and brings international culinary experience to the restaurant.
This weekend, the grilled cheese is king at Grilled Cheese Throw Down 2013. The NFL’s Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen hosts the event benefiting the Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors.
