Roka Akor is hosting a month-long celebration in January for National Meat Month by offering a wagyu tasting menu for guests. Now through Jan. 31, Roka Akor in Scottsdale will be dishing up a spectacular five-course menu wagyu menu for $180 per person, including Roka Akor’s famous dessert platter.
TapHouse Kitchen (pictured)welcomes the new year with an expansion and a second location. On Jan. 4, TapHouse Kitchen opens at 3131 E. Shea Blvd. in Phoenix, delivering the delicious food and drink in a casually sophisticated atmosphere that the restaurant is known for at its Scottsdale outpost.
On Jan. 9 at 6:30 p.m., The Market Restaurant + Bar by Jennifer’s hosts a Switchback Ridge Wine Dinner with special guest Kelly Peterson. The dinner is $95 and includes four delicious wine-paired courses.
Thai Chili 2 Go announces its newest location and seventh store in the Valley with the opening of its North Phoenix restaurant at 2750 W. Dove Valley Rd., Ste. 180. In celebration, Thai Chili 2 Go’s North Phoenix location will offer the first 100 customers a free entrée on Jan. 5; after that, customers will receive a free dumpling appetizer that day. To further celebrate the new location, guests will receive a free dumpling with purchase of any entrée and buy one entrée, get one entrée at 50 percent off through Jan. 31
