Grimaldi’s Pizzeria introduces a mini dessert trio at the end of June: cannoli, tiramisu and cheesecake (pictured). During the summer months, less people eat dessert, so Grimaldi’s has reduced the size of desserts to ensure everyone has a little room for something sweet. (Plus, mini desserts are much more bikini-body friendly.)
In honor of American Craft Beer Week, The Arizona Craft Brewers Guild and brewpubs across the state will showcase the state’s many contributions to the nation’s craft beer industry with a plethora of events ranging from tap takeovers and tasting tours to the American Craft Beer Week National Toast, a simultaneous coast-to-coast toast on tap for 5 p.m. Thursday, May 16. The Coffee Chop and Crepe Bar in Tempe continue itscoffee education “Knowledge Series” with a session on roasting on Saturday, May 18.
