September is National Chicken Month, and Over Easy will celebrate Fried Chicken Fridays throughout September. Fried Chicken Fridays kicks off Friday, Sept. 5, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Over Easy Arcadia location, offering guests fried chicken dinners with three sides: potatoes, veggies, salad and also the dessert of the week. Fried Chicken Fridays is $15 for adults; kids 14 years of age and younger pay their age.
Celebrate National Grandparent’s Day (Sunday, Sept. 7) at Texaz Grill in Phoenix. As part of Talavera’s specialty “Pop-Up” Dinner Series, Executive Chef Mel Mecinas is partnering with Tequila Clase Azul to offer a four-course tasting menu this Labor Day weekend, Sunday, Aug. 31. Taste south-of-the-border flavors, paired with composed cocktails made with Tequila Clase Azul, on this one-night special event at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. $85 per person.
