Western Addition Restaurant Group recently broke ground for il Bracco, an upscale Italian restaurant in Scottsdale. The Italian hotspots will mark the group’s first out-of-state expansion and is poised to become a new neighborhood go-to.
Slated to open in late 2025, il Bracco will be situated on the corner of Scottsdale Road and Rose Lane, within the neighborhood’s high-end dining, shopping, and resort corridor. The 5,000-square-foot restaurant will boast a spacious patio and a stylish modern interior, perfect for indoor and outdoor dining.
Offering the same elevated experience as the existing Dallas and Houston locations, the new restaurant is set to build upon its success with its extensive menu of house-made pastas, handcrafted salads, fish, and prime steaks cut in-house daily, as well as expertly crafted cocktails and a curated wine list.
“Expanding to Scottsdale marks a major milestone for il Bracco, our first concept. Taking it beyond our home state is a proud and momentous step,” CEO Robert Quick said. “We selected Scottsdale for its dynamic dining scene and vibrant community that values quality and innovation.”
Quick said the group is excited to introduce the restaurant to a new audience and “have them discover what has made it a much-loved neighborhood staple in Texas.”
“Our commitment to quality and consistency, exceptional made-from-scratch dishes, and the welcoming atmosphere we’ve cultivated over the years define the il Bracco experience,” he said.
The Scottsdale location will offer standout dishes such as The Combo sandwich, with thinly sliced Italian charcuterie, fresh mozzarella, cherry pepper spread and a drizzle of oil and vinegar; the popular spicy Gemelli, featuring fresh house-made noodles in a spicy vodka sauce; chicken piccata with lemon chicken and capers paired with a kale salad; and signature cocktail The Bracco, a frozen twist on the Greyhound.
“Our menu highlights tradition and creativity, featuring a mix of our favorite Italian dishes, iconic Italian-American classics, and our innovations, which gives everyone options to crave for lunch or dinner every day,” CFO Matt Gottlieb said. “Every detail in the restaurant has been designed to make this a place that draws people in and keeps them coming back.”
