It’s time to pig out at one of Phoenix’s best dining and drinking destinations. The Gladly has announced the start of its Summer Pig Roast Series.
The culinary events will be a highlight of the season inspired by the Double Gold winning pig roast that was hosted by Chef Bernie Kantak and Jacob Cutino at this year’s Devour Culinary Classic. The Gladly’s Summer Pig Roast Series kicks off Sunday, May 7 at noon and continues on the first Sunday of each month through summer.
Chef Kantak and his talented team invite you to indulge in the Summer Pig Roast Series, a festivity that pays homage to everything pig-related. The main attraction will be a succulent whole-roasted pig, slow-cooked to perfection and infused with unique flavors at each event inspired by different cuisines as the centerpiece. The kickoff event will feature a variety of Latin-American forward plates, such as hongos rellenos, elote, salads, rice, beans and more.
The unforgettable smells and tastes of each series will be accompanied by a range of exciting beverages that pair perfectly with the feast. Every crafted cocktail will be tailor-made to enhance the flavor of each meal.
“We’re really excited to bring our Summer Pig Roast Series to the people of Phoenix. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy seriously good food & drinks with great company, and to do something unique this summer,” says Chef Kantak. “And I’m equally excited to work with whole pigs.”
The Summer Pig Roast Series will occur on the first Sunday of each month starting May 7 at noon. Reservations are required and space is limited. Reservations can be made here.
