théa, the highly-anticipated Mediterranean rooftop restaurant at The Global Ambassador, will officially open its doors on Wednesday, January 17.
théa is the final of the five original dining concepts to open at The Global Ambassador since the hotel’s grand opening this December, bringing guests a one-of-a-kind dining experience set above the scenes of downtown Phoenix that is filled with the unique flavors and sights of the sun-soaked Mediterranean.
Soon to be one of the most picturesque rooftop settings in the West, théa features sweeping views of Camelback Mountain, vibrant mezzo platters from the regions of Turkey, Greece, Egypt, Spain and beyond, along with one of the largest rosé collections in the U.S. From soaking up sunset vistas of the burnished Arizona landscapes to savoring sun-blushed Mediterranean flavors and indulging in handcrafted cocktails, guests can expect the unexpected at théa.
théa, which translates to the goddess of light, serves as a haven where guests will experience simple pleasures and extravagant moments sky-high that only intensify as the sun sets on the horizon. théa will set the scene for an unforgettable night while surrounded by breathtaking views and lively DJ sets that bring the rooftop to life.
The menu explores the vast preparations of mezze, pasta and coastal seafood with dips, flatbreads, perfectly prepared vegetables and marinated protein skewers all designed to be shared. théa’s cocktail program is equally rooted in fresh and house-made ingredients that combine the classic with the unexpected, while unique beverage offerings also include one of the country’s most expansive rosé collections. théa will be open for dinner nightly from 4 p.m.–10 p.m. and the bar will be open until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday starting January 17. Reservation bookings can now be made online here.
