For the sixth year, Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts will yet again host its highly anticipated Dine Out with the Chefs culinary event on Sunday, Oct. 2, at 4 p.m. More than 20 of the Valley’s top restaurants will be on hand to provide tastes of their top-notch cuisine. It addition to tasty nibbles, Dine Out With the Chefs also features live entertainment by the Nicole Pesce Trio; tastings of fine wines and tequilas by Young’s Market Company, Cruz Tequila and Sam Pillsbury; sommelier and wine blogger David M. Johnson; cooking demonstrations with Chef Laura Slama in the Sub-Zero Wolf Kitchen; and a book signing with Pamela Swartz, event organizer and author of “Dine Out Phoenix: Where to Eat from Chic to Unique”; among other surprises.
