Uchi Scottsdale Launches Elevated To-Go Sushi Boxes

With International Sushi Day right around the corner, award-winning restaurant Uchi is releasing new to-go lunch boxes! 

Starting June 18, guests will have the option of selecting from three tiers of sushi boxes: the Ichi, an assortment of Uchi classics, including Nigiri, Maki and Crudo; Ni, which includes six varieties of fish with sides; and San, an elevated experience complemented with two caviar sets. 

Sushi boxes will be available to order through Uchi’s website for pickup or via UberEats for at-home delivery. 

Ichi — Tier 1 ($95)

Includes twelve pieces of perfectly dressed nigiri, makimono and signature Hama chili. The Ichi box includes:

  • Nigiri — 2x Akami, 2x Avocado, 2x Sake Toro, 2x Hirame, 2x Madai, 2x Hamachi
  • Maki — Cucumber/Ume Maki, Saki Maki 
  • Crudo — Hama Chili
  • Ponzu and soy 

Ni — Tier 2 ($195) 

Try a bit of everything with this charashi (chef selection), which includes six varieties of fish served sashimi-style over rice with traditional accompaniments, along with classic bites from the Ichi box. The Ni box includes:

  • Nigiri — 2x Akami, 2x Avocado, 2x Sake Toro, 2x Hirame, 2x Madai, 2x Hamachi
  • Maki — Cucumber/Ume Maki, Sake Maki
  • Crudo — Hama Chili
  • Chirashi — Chef selection sashimi, Masu sashimi, Otoro tartare
  • Kanpachi (2 pc. sashimi), Ikura, Chef selection (2 pc. sashimi)
  • Avocado, sushi rice, cucumber, shiso, negi
  • Ponzu and soy 

San — Tier 3 ($295)

An elevated Ichi and Ni experience with an additional two caviar sets alongside potato chips and creme fraiche. Enjoy with a pair of complementary mother-of-pearl spoons. The San box includes:

  • Nigiri — 2x Akami, 2x Avocado, 2x Sake Toro, 2x Hirame, 2x Madai, 2x Hamachi
  • Maki — Cucumber/Ume Maki, Sake Maki
  • Crudo — Hama Chili
  • Chirashi — Chef selection sashimi, Masu sashimi, Otoro tartare
  • Kanpachi (2 pc. sashimi), Ikura, Chef selection (2 pc. Sashimi)
  • Avocado, sushi rice, cucumber, shiso, negi
  • Sashimi — BF Akami Sashimi
  • Caviar — 15g Kaluga caviar, 15g Smoked Trout Roe (comes with Creme Fraiche, two mother-of-pearl spoons, caviar key and potato chips)
  • Ponzu and soy 

Uchi Scottsdale is Hai Hospitality’s seventh Uchi location, open since February 2023. Chef Tyson Cole created the original Uchi location in a refurbished South Austin bungalow in 2003 with a vision to bring the intimacy of a sushi bar to every table.

Uchi Scottsdale is open Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Happy Hour is available daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
