Hotel Valley Ho Trader Vic’s and Cafe ZuZu are each offering special swoon-worthy selections. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess All four of Fairmont’s lush dining spots (Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda, The Grill at TPC Scottsdale and Stone Rose Lounge) will offer unique Valentine’s Day spreads. Arizona Biltmore For $70 per person (add $40 for wine pairings), diners can enjoy a special holiday menu at Wright’s at the Biltmore in Phoenix (the third course is cherry-braised beef short ribs!) Prado The Italian-inspired restaurant at InterContinential Montelucia Resort & Spa is giving guests the option of order three, four and five courses that are set to feature Branzino stuffed with king crab, Moscovy duck prepared two-ways and Italian meringue.
