Throughout the month of September, Valley restaurants are taking part in Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s Time to Shine campaign, offerings discounts and donations to support the cherish hospital and its new Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, which opens this fall.
So, this month, as you are planning your dining-out endeavors, keep the following restaurants in mind.
Portillo’s
Portillo’s at Tempe Marketplace will donate $1 for every online order placed in Wednesdays in September, up to $500.
Clever Koi
Throughout September, Clever Koi will donate $1 from every special cocktail sold.
Jason’s Deli
Jason’s Deli will sell Time to Shine bracelets and offer customers a chance to donate at the register at all Valley locations.
Genghis Grill
Genghis Grill at Tempe Marketplace will donate $1 for every full-priced appetizer or dessert sold in the month of September to Phoenix Children’s.
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory
Throughout the month of September, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at Tempe Marketplace will sell a special caramel apple with gold sprinkles, with 25 percent of proceeds from each special caramel apple sold benefiting Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Lone Spur Café
Lone Spur Café will sell Time to Shine bracelets and offer customers a chance to donate at the register at its Peoria (Park West) and Prescott locations.
My Pie
My Pie’s three Valley locations will offer customers a chance to donate at the register and sell Time to Shine bracelets and icons.
Papa John’s
During the month of September, use the code “PCH” for 40 percent off your online order. Papa John’s will donate 10 percent of your order to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Sauce Pizza and Wine
One hundred percent of proceeds from all kids meals sold from Sept. 11-17 will be donated to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. In addition, Sauce will offer customers a chance to donate at the register in support of Phoenix Children’s. (pictured)
Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que
For every Louisiana Lemonade purchase, Lucille’s at Tempe Marketplace will donate $1 to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. One of their signature Southern Coolers, the Louisiana Lemonade is freshly-mixed Bacardi Raz, Chambord, fresh blueberries, lemonade, fresh house sour and topped with light beer in a 22 oz. mug.
Spinato’s Pizzeria
$1 from every dessert sold in September will be donated to Phoenix Children’s. Excludes single cookie and kids gelato purchases.
Morning Squeeze
Morning Squeeze will host “Pancakes for Patients” throughout September. One hundred percent of proceeds from any pancake and/or crepe purchase will benefit Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt
Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt will launch its Time to Shine flavor of the month, Cake Batter, sell Time to Shine bracelets and icons and offer a chance for customers to donate at the register.
Slices
Slices at Tempe Marketplace will donates 10 percent of proceeds from every tasty cheese slice sold during the month of September to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Yogi’s Grill
Yogi’s Grill at Tempe Marketplace will donate $2 of every Yogi’s Roll sold to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The new sushi roll features spicy crabmeat, cucumber and shrimp inside and is topped with spicy tuna and tempura crunch bits.
