Craving the convenience of a drive-thru, but seeking something other than burgers and fries? Say a warm hello to Slice Eat.
From the owner of the incredible Forno 301, named one of Phoenix Magazine’s Best of the Valley’s “most colorful Italians”, Slice Eat will offer the same authenticity and incredible food but with the added convenience of a drive-thru.
Although the word authenticity gets thrown around a lot these days, Luca Gagliano’s newest venture will transport you 6,000 miles with each bite.
Dubbed the “l’originale” first-of-its-kind concept in the state, Slice Eat is set to open on National Fast Food Day on Monday, Nov. 16th at Scottsdale and Thomas road.
Slice Eat offers authentic Gourmet Italian cuisine served up at a counter or through the drive-thru window.
Guests who stop by during the grand opening or the first week of business can score freebies, discounts, and a first taste of the eatery’s hearty Italian fare, with offerings ranging from single-slice and full-size wood-fire pizzas to classic creamy fettuccine pasta, eggplant parmigiana, and gelato.
The first 100 guests in line at the grand opening, on National Fast Food Day, get free pizza slices for six months, and the following deals are in effect for the rest of grand opening week.
- Tuesday, Nov. 17 – Free gelato with a $20 purchase
- Wednesday, Nov. 18 – 20% off all purchases
- Thursday, Nov. 19 – $10 Pizza & Pasta Combos
- Friday, Nov. 20 – Free Slice Friday! Free slice with any purchase
Slice Eat’s owner, Luca Gagliano, is a native of Sanremo, Italy, and fans of authentic Italian cuisine can anticipate a regionally influenced menu highlighted by familiar comfort-food favorites.
