In honor of Scottsdale Fashion Week, Scottsdale Waterfront’s Wildfish Seafood Grille is dishing up a seductive and scrumptious new cocktail, the Fashiontini, for $10. The cocktail is available Nov. 4-6–or you can whip it up at home using the recipe below.
Fashiontini Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. El Jimador Blanco tequila
.5 oz. of fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz. agave nectar
Splash of pomegranate liquor
Garnish: Sugar around the rim
Pour tequila, lime juice, agave nectar and pomegranate liquor into a shaker with ice and shake rapidly. Strain liquid into a martini glass with sugared rim and serve chilled.
