A delicious way to keep the summer lovin’ going past Memorial Day weekend, Laura Sorkin, co-founder of Runamok Maple, offers up this tasty, refreshing season-friendly slushie (that both kiddos and adults can enjoy).
Watermelon Infused Slushie
3 cups cubed, seedless watermelon
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp Runamok Maple’s Makrut Lime-leaf or Hibiscus Infused Maple Syrup
Puree the watermelon and lemon juice in a blender.
Add the Makrut Lime-leaf or Hibiscus Infused maple syrup, to taste.
Serve over ice.
