Raspberry Mint Chia Cocktail
1 scoop or package Lemon-Lime Vega Sport Electrolyte Hydrator
¼ cup raspberries
4-6 fresh mint leaves
1 cup water
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Rosemary Gogi Mint Chia Cocktail
1 scoop or package Berry Vega Sport Electrolyte Hydrator
1 Tbsp gogi berries
½ grapefruit, juiced
½-1 stalk rosemary leaves
1 cup water
1 Tbsp chia
In a blender blend together all ingredients except chia. Stir in chia after and chill.
