Now that we are–hopefully–out of the triple-digit temperatures, some fall cocktails are in order. Whip up these festive sips to get you in the autumn state of mind.
El Vaquero (aka Flying Cowboy)
1 1/2 oz. Tequila Avión Añejo
1/2 oz. Rye whiskey
1/2 oz. Cinnamon schnapps
1 oz. Pear pure
3/4 oz. Lemon juice
1/4 oz. Simple syrup
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a Collins or highball glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Hot Prairie Gin Toddy
2 oz. Prairie Organic Gin
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 Spoon of honey
¼ cup Boiling water
Cinnamon stick
Fill cup with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Hot Apple Blast
1 part UV Salty Caramel Apple Vodka
3 parts hot apple cider
Pour ingredients into a mug and enjoy.
Caramel Cran Apple
1 part UV Salty Caramel Apple
3 parts cranberry juice
Mix ingredients in a shaker and pour into glass over ice.
