Gin-tle Summer Breeze by TJ Natole
1.5 oz. Fords Gin
.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz. Mint Syrup
.5 oz. Pamplemousse Grapefruit Liqueur
.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dash Passion Fruit Bitters
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice in Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
Bocca Ruby by Tony Pharias
1.5 oz. Spring 44 barrel finished Old Tom Gin
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
6 Blackberries
3 Basil Leaves
Muddle blackberries and basil. Combine rest of ingredients in shaker with ice in Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with basil leaf.
The Aviator by Mike Kuhnhenn
1.5 oz. Aviation Gin
.75 oz. Amaro Nonino
.75 oz. Aperol
.5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
Egg White
Combine ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake in coupe glass. Garnish with bruleed, dehydrated lemon wheel.
