Is it your New Year’s resolution to learn more about spirits? Last Drop at the Hermosa is offering the perfect lineup of opportunities to fulfill that resolution. Starting Jan. 17, the Hermosa Inn bar will host a mixology series, with each class focusing on a different spirit, from gin to tequila.
During the two-hour classes (2 to 4 p.m.), guests will learn about the history, style and key recipes of each spirit. Guest will also get to enjoy a Q&A and sip two cocktails during the class, which is capped at 10 people
Sunday, January 17: Vodka
Sunday, February 21: Gin
Sunday, March 20: Rum
Sunday, April 17: Tequila
Sunday, May 15: Whiskey
