After much success last year, Paradise Valley’s historic El Chorro restaurant announces the return of its cocktail classes, hosted by the on-site drink expert, Alec Van Dobben.
The cocktail classes take place one Wednesday a month, beginning June 18. At that time, 18 guests will join Van Dobben for a bar-side meal and discussion on expertly crafted cocktails using tequila, American whiskey, rum and Irish whiskey in El Chorro’s Classroom Bar. (Of course, there will be samples to sip, too.)
