It has been more than a month since a devastating earthquake hit Chile. And through April 18, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North is offering a way for locals to help in the Chile relief efforts. More than 20 Four Seasons properties are taking part–they will donate a portion of the proceeds from sales of Chilean wines from Veramonte Winery to the Chilean Red Cross. (Veramonte Winery is a Chilean winery located in the Casablanca Valley. It’s known for its exceptional white wines.) Donations of $10 for each bottle and $2.50 for each glass sold will be made. Three distinct vintages will be offered both by the bottle and by the glass in all dining venues. Featured wines include the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva, the 2009 Sauvignon Blanc Reserva and 2008 Chardonnay Reserva. 480.513.5020, www.fourseasons.com/scottsdale; http://www.veramonte.com/.
