OLD-FASHIONED
1.5 oz. Ketel One Vodka
1 sugar cube
2 dashes orange bitters
In the bottom of a rocks glass, soak the sugar cube in the orange bitters and lightly muddle. Add Ketel One and ice and slowly stir so the dilution happens slowly. Once the sugar has been dissolved, squeeze the oils from a wide strip of orange peel across the surface of the drink, and garnish the drink with the peel.
APPLES & PEARS
1.5 oz. Ketel One Vodka
1 oz. pear juice
1 oz. apple juice
.25 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
.75 oz. honey syrup
2 dashes of orange bitters
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
TOUCH OF FALL
1.5 oz. Ketel One Citroen
2 oz. apple juice
2 cucumber slices
Club soda
Muddle cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add Ketel One Citroen and apple juice and shake over ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a Red Delicious apple slice.
ULTIMATE MARTINI
1.5 oz. Ketel One Vodka
Stir with ice in a cocktail shaker.Serve up in a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Note: Can be tailored to personal taste with the addition of olive brine, dry vermouth, etc.
