But, this week, the restaurant’s claim to fame will be wine as it debuts its brand new wine list, with two tempting sangrias and more than 40 glass and bottle offerings, some of which are exclusive to the pizza restaurant.
From Grimaldi’s red and white sangrias (featured changes for 2012 is the white sangria with Rex Goliath Moscato and the red sangria with Rex Goliath Free Range) to the newest Italian Kris Malbec (which happens to be exclusive to Grimaldi’s) to an extraordinary collection of Italy and California’s best selections, the restaurant invites guests discover the perfect vintage to pair with the award-winning, coal-fired pizzas, delicious calzones, freshly prepared salads and exquisite desserts.
Apart from be delicious and thoughtful wine selections, Grimaldi’s new wine list offers a wide span of prices, so those wanting to celebrate a special night out can splurge on a $60 bottle while couples on a casual night out can enjoy a $6 glass of red that won’t burst their wallets.
