With its tasty fare from a scratch-made kitchen, icy beer and state-of-the-art audio/visual systems to enjoy your favorite games, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers has become a Valley favorite in just the few years it has been open. CBCB handcrafts every burger patty, hand slices all of their meats and cheeses and makes all of their own sauces and salad dressings. CBCB offers the best viewing for all sorts of sports and events on multiple HD TVs and top-of-the-line sound systems. The restaurant offers a vast array of draft, bottled and canned beers from local, regional and national purveyors (one of the largest selections in the Valley).
From the original location at Grayhawk and Scottsdale Road to the flagship store on Scottsdale Road in the heart of Old Town, CBCB has built quite the fan base–allowing it to expand soon. CBCB is working on two new locations that should be open by the end of the year. One is in the east Shea corridor near 116th Street and the other is in Chandler near Dobson and Germann. CBCB will be looking to open additional locations in 2015 in the 7th Street corridor and North Phoenix area but have not yet identified the exact locations.

CBCB also announces the opening of its newest concept, Crab & Mermaid–with an opening date planned prior to the Super Bowl. Crab & Mermaid will be a fast-casual fresh seafood concept that features East Coast classics like lobster rolls, crab cakes, steam pots and clam chowder; Gulf Coast staples like Po Boys, crawfish, shrimp boils and etouffee; and West Coast favorites like fish tacos, fresh fish prepared and seasoned to your liking and soon-to-be-famous caramelized shrimp. Fresh fish will arrive daily from all regions of the country and will be prepared in a light and healthy way. Crab & Mermaid will also showcase a Raw Bar with jumbo shrimp, scallops, oysters, clams, mussels, lobster and, of course, crab. Outdoor dining will also be available.
