There are a variety of ways to celebrate Pops at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. Dad’s Day Brunch at Prado takes place from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the whole family can savor home-made breakfast breads, locally made sausages, imported Spanish cheeses and live action stations (plus gluten-free eats). Special features just for Dad include a carving station of wood-fired prime New York strip; chicken and waffles with barrel-aged bourbon syrup plus Prado’s famous kale salad. Wash it down with $4 Stella Artois draft beer. From 5 to 10 p.m., Prado will dish up a special savory three-course menu with choices that include Blanton’s bourbon-aged rib eye, wood-grilled king salmon and more. Plus, tickets for the June 28 Bourbon Celebration at Chef’s Kitchen Table are just $100 with your reservation to the Father’s Day brunch or dinner at Prado.
At The Wigwam, ring in Father’s Day at Red’s Bar & Grill with a delicious burger and beer special while watching the U.S. Open. For a more formal affair, reserve your spot for dinner at Litchfield’s from 5 to 9 p.m. featuring special Dad’s Day entrees.
For a luxurious Father’s Day feast, reserve your spot at elements at Sanctuary on Camelback. This award-winning restaurants features farm-fresh American cuisine with Asian accents presented by Food Network star and Chef Beau MacMillan (vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, too). Try the fiery calamari, Chilean sea bass and bacon-wrapped filet of beef.
June marks the start of Summer of the Burger at the Bourbon Steak Bar and Lounge at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Through August, you can treat Pops to a mouthwatering selection of burgers, including the Korean burger, a crispy halibut burger and a heritage turkey burger (all served with duck fat fries or a salad).
