Chad’s Steakhouse & Saloon, a Tucson Original restaurant, offers guests a true “taste of the Old West.” With laid-back country tunes on the radio, cozy booths, and a wooden, homey interior, Chad’s is a great place to go for a good steak with Western flare.
Upon entrance, warm, friendly staff immediately welcomes guests. Rarely does a restaurant have a staff that is so eager to assist customers. Once placed in a cozy booth, or western-inspired table, guests are served a basket of toasty cheesy bread.
To start your meal off the right way, try the Arizona “Tumbleweed.” This delicious appetizer consists of a fresh, whole onion cut to bloom, fried, and served with Chad’s special sauce. The one-of-a-kind starter will make an onion hater become a fan.
Chad’s specializes in steak, and after one bite guests can understand why. Chad’s Filet is cooked perfectly to order, seasoned, and served on a warm plate. For something different, the Guaymas Shrimp, six extra large deep fried shrimp, is the perfect route. Each entrée is served with a salad, choice of side, and Cowboy Beans. Sides include the sweet yet salty sweet potato fries, baked potato, mac n’ cheese, vegetables, and more. The Cowboy Beans are adorably served in a small pot for the table, with small individual bowls for each person.
As if all that isn’t enough to visit Chad’s, the dessert menu is as to-die-for as the meal itself. Try the apple pie a la mode, served warm with creamy vanilla ice cream, or the death my chocolate cake.
Whether you are looking for a new place to take a date, a good steak dinner with friends, or a caterer for your next event, Chad’s is the place to go. Its cozy environment and friendly staff will have you and your guests feeling at home in no time. If your home serves you melt-in-your-mouth entrees and desserts freshly made to order, that is.
