September 17, 2026. The event celebrated the premiere of "Does Beauty Matter?", a new documentary from LEAD | ROLFS Global Institute, powered by L'Oréal, in partnership with Mesa Community College. Founded by entrepreneur and educator Francis Tesmer, LEAD was created to open new pathways to higher education and leadership for beauty professionals. The screening was followed by a panel discussion featuring Francis and other industry changemakers.
